What this is, and what it isn't.

TLN is a publishing project I started to run practitioner research on transformation work. It's independent — not connected to my employer, and not connected to any consulting firm. I run it on my own time.

Right now it's doing one thing: The 'AI in Transformation' Pulse. A 7-question survey on how AI is reshaping the transformation playbook, designed to be retaken every six months by the same practitioners. The data shows how the field is actually adapting, not just what people are saying about AI on LinkedIn.

Where it goes from here depends on whether we all find it useful. If you find it relevant, then we can do proper studies anchored in cases from the field, with named contributors and co-authors.
